Tony has over 20 years experience of working in the public and private sector, delivering website management, service improvement, knowledge management (KM), and communications advice.

His work includes working across multiple NHS and Local Government organisations using KM and collaborative methodology to deliver improvements to local mental health and social care services, creating and delivering national knowledge management strategies and managing government websites and web content.

This experience also includes managing complex communication channels, delivering clear and simple messages in the most appropriate media.

Tony is an accredited Knowledge Management Consultant, a regular attendee of the Henley Knowledge Forum and Gurteen Knowledge Cafe's.

Tony is now a director of The Life Story Network Ltd and is a core associate of HS Consultancy, formed by Hári Sewell, an independent consultant and former executive director of health and social care in the NHS and writer and speaker in his specialist area of ethnicity, race and culture in mental health.
